Dear Fraya-
Joining a charter chapter is a once in a lifetime experience and I'm so blessed you were there to be apart of my journey of joining Gamma Phi Beta. When I first met you, I didn't even know your name... but I looked into your eyes as you placed a pin near my heart and we both began to cry. This is a special moment that I will always hold dear. In this moment, I knew that the sisterhood of Gamma Phi Beta was the strongest bond two women could have and that I was finally home. I'm so lucky to say I shared this experience with Fraya Black!!!
When we finally met, I was so happy to see your spunky personality come to life, feel your love for our sisterhood and Gamma Phi Beta, and hear new wacky ideas to make a chapter unique. I'm looking forward to glittering the driveway of our new house this Fall and will spread your honored tradition to Kentucky.
Thank you doesn't begin to describe everyone's thoughts and feelings about the woman you are, the service you dedicate to Gamma Phi Beta, and the role model you give to each person you meet. I'm so lucky that our paths have crossed and that I can call you a sister for life. I look forward to seeing your next accomplishment and seeing you again soon. Thank you for everything that you have given me... the advice, words of encouragement, and special moments you might not have even intended to give. I appreciate the type of leader you are and the example you've set for me as I embark on the role of Charter President.
